Classic styling yet?

I've owned a few cars which were approaching classic status and when they get to that age, the general consensus tends towards OE styling. Hence, OE alloy wheels are always put on. Just wondering if the Falco is getting towards that yet? I suspect not yet, as many are still enjoying themselves with upgrades. Maybe the classic communities are a different type of owner??

I suspect you're right as if the same cars/ bikes were available in their day people used to fit them so why not continue to do so
I wouldn't dream of not having nice brakes for example

I think that tends to apply to those who are "buying-in" to the classic machines (at least in the first instance).

Those of us that have had the bikes for years love them for what we've made of them and will continue to build upon the base that Aprilia delivered to us.

If selling, it would be back to standard (or close to) - partly because the goodies fetch a premium sold separately.
In future, standard bikes may do too.

I read classic motorcycle mechanics and there age class for a classic bike right now seems to be the year 2000.
They did have an article on a RSV Mile stating it was close to being a classic
.
I tend to agree with the others, what your bike means to you and to others can be miles apart.
