May have a radiator leak lots of smoke or vapour from front left still runs ok though as long as the temp doesn't get too high
Suggestions .... Preferably regarding the possible leak

Find the hole and put a dollop of JB Weld over it

Sounds obvious but first make sure it is a rad leak and not just a bit of crap cooking up on a/warm rad.
If it is a leak then look for some bike specific sealing stuff as the waterways are far smaller than a cars.
Any repair applied from the outside may not last as the pressure comes from the inside

Check your hoses as well.

Having had Reliant's for many years, I found the best way to cure radiator leaks was to replace with a new/recon rad. You'll spend forever trying to stop a leak that'll only fail at the most inconvenient time. Whatever you do, don't chuck radiator pellets, leak fix or any other quick bodge rubbish in there.. It'll sign the death warrant for both rads, hoses and possible the engine if you do. Experience talking.

Check the drain plugs, the washers aren't meant to be re-used but typically are.

Good point. As one who is re-furbing the cooling system on the blue bike, I'd forgotten about that...
