Forum to discuss Falco Carbon Tanks

I hope that I have successfully created a small discussion forum to finalise the bits and pieces we need to resolve to push ahead with the Falco Carbon Tank project. Now that we are getting down to the nitty-gritty, I felt it was better to have somewhere for those that are really committed to this to thrash through things without the distraction of casual observers.
Membership of this sub forum is open to those who expressed a willingness of 75% or above to commit to a tank at the target price that seems likely to be viable (£800).
