Just took the bird for a quick ride after fitting the Oz wheels.
OMFG....
I can see why people say this is the best upgrade for the Falco.

LoL, it was fun putting the std wheels back on every now and then...
I'm still gutted at turning down some Carbon BST's in the past but I'm probably not a fast enough rider to appreciate them fully.
Enjoy.

Just as with the OZ wheels, you don't need to be a riding god to appreciate the BSTs.
Most people know I have both and even I can appreciate the benefits and the 2 different steps in handling that each delivers.
Yep each time you fit OZ having ridden Brembos and BST having ridden OZ, there are great grin factors and rider-recalibration activities.

With the state of the British roads I'd be constantly too worried riding round on a £2k set of BST's. I keep umming and aahhing about getting a set of oz wheels, not taken the plunge as yet though.

BSTs ... probably the strongest wheels out there.
... and bought second hand they cost me a lot less than that

And a big bore kit, turbocharger, revamped suspension and a custom paint job...

Just a quick update to my initial post.
I took the Falco out for a longer ride yesterday. About 250km through some of the twistiest roads I have ever seen. (See the map below.) And I repeat my initial statement. OMFG. What a transformation.
She even took the 15km of gravel between Narbethong and Mount Donna Buang in her stride.
Turning the corners is now 'automatic' - just look where I want to go and the bike follows.

Nice mate, can't remember if that's the reefton Spur or the Black Spur, awesome roads, you would have passed by Paul (GreyOz) in Launching Place.

The road from Healesville to Narbethong is the Black Spur.
It was the Monday afternoon on a long weekend and the amount of traffic going the other way was incredible. I'm just very glad that they all stayed on their side of the road!
The Donna Buang summit road is perfect for the Falco - mostly fast sweepers with a couple of tight corners thrown in. Haven't been up there in ~20 years and loved it!
