The experts will be along shortly to give complete answers, but in the meantime.
It depends.
Does the Falco have standard (Showa / Marzocchi) forks?
Is the front Tuono wheel from a Tuono with radial-mount brakes?
Because:
Front wheels from a radial-mount front brake bike will not fit into a non-radial-mount front brake forks, unless you can machine 2.5mm off each side of the hub.
You might be able to machine up some 2.5mm spacers and move the brake calipers out instead of butchering the wheel.
Non-radial-mount wheels will fit straight in (obviously, as they're the same size).
As far as I am aware, the rear wheel is a straight-in replacement.
