Hi all, just recently done my sprag clutch for the second time in 1 week because the first time i didnt replace anything as it all looked brand new but the spring failed on me as when i took it apart the second time the sprag clutch fell to pieces when i took it out. Anyway thats fixed using a ktm sprag but now my clutch isnt disengaging fully so its hard to get into neutral and hard to move the back wheel in 1st when holding the clutch fully in. Only happened since ive took the slave off to repair my bike. Any ideas?

Is the clutch slave properly bled up? A bleed nipple on the clutch master cylinder makes that significantly easier.

Im not sure if its 100% bled right as ive never had a hydraulic clutch before. My dad wants to take of the hose that goes to the clutch casing and blank it but i recon it will do more harm then good.

Sounds like it's not bled properly to me, just keep topping it up and bleeding away. Some people use a syringe to reverse bleed them.

Same principle as brakes - no pressure, no action.

I've no idea what you mean but I wouldn't be blanking anything off. Just spend 10 mins after each ride bleeding it until it is working 100%.

Are you talking about the slipper clutch vacuum hose?

Yeh something for the slipper clutch isn't it? It done this last time i done my sprag clutch but it sorted itself out but it hasn't sorted itself off yet and I've rode more then last time
