Hi All,

Looking at doing the Mille swingarm conversion (the early swingarm).

I currently have a Maxton rear shock with the standard falco linkages. Do I need anything else or is it a straight swap?

Is there anything else I should be aware of?

Thanks,

Dale

Continue with standard Falco linkages if that's what the shock was designed for.

Read the manual and make sure you have the shimano freewheel tool to undo the special retainer (much cheaper than the special tool)

I've also seen someone one ebay selling the tool (not the official aprilia one), not sure how these compare to the shimano ones.

That's the wrong one

I got mine from yank evil bay for about 10 quid

Pm me your address and will loan you mine

You do need to split / replace your chain

Beg / borrow an abba stand with the foot rest adapters
