I finally got around to drilling out the rivets and mating the rotors mangocrazy sent me to my disc centres.
No more lever pulsing! And now I have virtually new discs too for a about 90 quid. :)

So it down to worn bobbins ?
I recently saw a pair of GSXR front discs where some one had fitted small circlips to the inside of the bobbins ( facing toward the hub )
I dont think I would have enjoyed riding that and having to give it a big handfull of front anchor.
Glad you got it sorted

No it was down to disc thickness variation (0.07mm !!)
The only reason I drilled out the bobbins was to use mango's rotors (without carriers).
The new bobbins are the circlip type (otherwise I couldn't have fitted them myself). I bought them off blackshadow so I guess they're the same ones they use on their own discs.
And I guess I should have posted this in the Bar and bought a round. OK, next one is on me. :D
