Yup. Really rate Hyperpro progressive springs for forks. Not so sure about the worth of them on the shock. With most kits you get springs, oil and full instructions - or at least you did with the Falco Hyperpros I bought about 5 years ago. I also had a set of gold valves fitted to my Showa forks at the same time, and the combination of the two completely transformed the front end feel.

You probably could get away with leaving the forks in the yokes if you had a headstock front stand, but I'd recommend getting the fork legs out and doing a proper job. I'd also flush the forks out (if you're not dismantling them completely) to get rid of the grey-black gunge that accumulates over time.

What make are they? And is it just springs or springs and oil? £35 seems a steal, to be honest.

Hagon.
Springs only. Oil is about £20 I think

I have had progressive springs fitted to the futura.
Revs fitted them and this really firmed things up. I like them.
The springs you have bought are they suited to your weight.

Were these the ones from ebay listed recently? I bought his smoked taillight and footpeg adjusters (although it turns out these are risers and not a lowering kit :smt009 )

Have they made things a bit tense (or several tenses at once) ?

Never mind. Just read the manual and it'll be a job for the bike shop in winter.
