Well folks, that's the Falco sleeping for the winter now, chucked in some fuel stabilizer today then went out a quick blast to get the stuff through the whole fuel system. Battery is removed and chain has mega amount of lube on...

Happy to be mate... Once my nuts shrivel to the point they nip, I know that's time up.

I sorned the last bike at the end of September, They won't be out until march/may time.
I may get the storm trooper out next year for a play.

I wish I had the choice.
Been trying to get the money together to MOT the jeep, now dont have the time to work on it, dark when I go to work,almost dark when I get home.
Hate the thought of what the road grit/salt is doing to the falc

I was surprised with mine, been sitting for about 3 or 4 weeks at least.... Hit the starter and it started straight away. Very surprised, not a heated garage or nowt.

Can't wait till next year now! Apart from the motogp issue.

That's what I thought while I had the Rosso Corsas on there but once the Angel STs went back on for the winter, I can't believe how much better things have felt in that respect. Of course we're not talking "marquez elbows down" levels of grip here - just relative for the time of year but it all seems pretty good at the moment.
That'll all change when they start gritting the roads - it all gets very slippery then.

Anyway, for now it's still infinitely more enjoyable on the bike than in the car.

Mine will continue to be ridden throughout the winter as long as it's dry and bright and I'll use the GSX when the weather is piss poor, got to say it's nice to have the choice for once!

Not on your own there ! Just bought a new rear hoop for the falc even though the current one is still legal.
The commute has worn the centre tread, I ride down a shitty track to get to the main road, then dual carrigeway,a few arse clenching moments

I've got roadsmarts on which are generally fine for the winter. Maybe they want some air in again. Shouldn't do, they were ok 6 months ago...

Always used to ride pretty much all through, haven't ridden much for the last few years until this year. Might get out a few times, but probably done with commuting until March
