Bollox!!!!!
FIRST day back on my newly improved Falco (new forks, shiny RSV Gen 1 swingarm, bearings throughout, bits of bling, etc) and I dab the brakes while I happen to be riding over a load of horse shit pancakes and she highsides!
TWO MONTHS of getting her fettled and refreshed plus a tonne of cash for parts and this happens!
Luckily even though she ended up in the opposite lane no other vehicles were involved. The damage seems mostly cosmetic (thanks in no small part to DHB crash bungs) but I now need a right hand mirror, right hand OE clip-on bar and rear brake lever and master cylinder (its all leaking now and the levers too bent to be straightened I reckon). Oh and a crash bung(s).
Anyone have said parts by any chance?
As I said I've spent a load of cash getting her back towards her former glory so money is waaay tight at the mo (and oh: Here comes Christmas!)...
I can live with the scrapes and gravel rash for now, just need to get her back on the road asap! lol

PS: I'm fine(ish).
Aches everwhere, strained my wrist, battered my shoulder and elbow, tore up my back muscles so that I'm struggling to actually walk at the mo. Plus a few other minor scrapes n bruises!
My jacket and lid are to throw away though.
Just pleased the bike survived!

Unfortunately the only thing I've got on your list (at least from memory) is a mirror.

With the offers of those coming in you could go for the full Quadrophenia conversion ...... if you can pick up a cheap fish-tail parka.


Have you had the medics check you over? It's worth doing - most of us don't bounce as well as we used to. I thought I was OK when I was knocked off a few years ago but had broken ribs .... which I knew about when the adrenalin wore off.

Oh and yes: I went to my GPs surgery earlier on a cancellation and am currently tanked-up on Codeine and Diazipam... (Everything still bloody hurts, but I don't seem to care! lol)

First and foremost the bike can be repaired. I am glad you walked away from it fella, even though you are battered and bruised.
Modifying bikes myself and looking at the finished article and time spent i feel your pain.
If you are stuck for any more bits let us know as i have some of the "Rare" spares if required and like alad said you can pay me also when you get back to full strength.

Ooh I am STIFF today (and NOT in a good way! lol).
The Missus had to help me out of bed and to get me dressed!

TBH, I need more or less a full set of right-side plastics in order to get her back to 'full' strength!
The nose cone, mid-section, bellypan and tail unit have all suffered pretty major 'grinding' damage, (the fuel tank suffered some minor scratching) tho everything seems to be in one piece and luckily no cracks that I can see (tho my mobility is somewhat restricted at the mo, making it hard to check! lol).
I'll have to get them all off when I'm more physically able and see what can be sanded/filled/repaired/resprayed.
I can live with the superficial stuff for now tho as I am aware of the cost involved...
Thanks to Alad, I really just need a new set of bar ends (will get a set off Ebay fairly cheap), a pair of crash bungs (will find another set of DHM's somewhere if I can as I now know they work!), the rear break master cylinder (behind the heel plate: all seals and the banjo connection have ruptured: rebuildable?), I still have my OE front brake lever so will reuse that, and I have a tail piece I won on Ebay for 99p a while back that I could use too!
I'm hopeful I can just swap end-cans over so the damage is hidden on the inside.
Thankfully all casings and the frame appear untouched...
Time for more diazipam...

Having high-sided before, its nasty: one minute riding along, next flat on your back on the road thinking WTF happened there!!

Alas I have no spares to offer, being a newbie round here.

Horses shouldn't be allowed on the road! If my bike did a max of 10mph, may vere off across the road of its own accord at any time, emitted dangerous slippery deposits on the road and I was allowed to ride it with no test or experience and without a helmet, I wonder what the MOT and Govt would think....

Your not wrong about horses mate and HOW scary are highsides! lol Never had the honour of suffering one in my twenty+ years of riding.
A proper WTF moment and no mistake!

I managed to hobble out to the shed today to inspect the damage properly.
As far as I can see I need the following to get her road safe again (cosmetic stuff to pick-up/fix as I can):

RH mirror (sorted by Alad)
RH Bar end
RH front brake lever (use my OE)
RH footrest (bent and gouged)
RH footrest bracket (twisted but the heel plate is ok)
Rear brake pedal (sorted by Alad)
RH or full pair of DHM crash bungs (which I cannot find for the life of me: Anyone know if they're still going?)
Rear brake master cylinder (the rod is bent from where the pedal and hanger twisted and seals are leaking too)

Think that's about everything!

Let me know if you can help out (either you have the part or have spotted what I need somewhere else).
