So I fitted it in the spare ecu, and.....
Im amazed at how it transforms the charecteristics of the bike. I totally agree with Flatlander, it seems to do a lot more with less effort, really very odd to describe, the low down brutal galloping of the horses has been tamed, feels like the bike has been tuned by virginal supermodels and promised endless pampering if it behaves nicely......
which is what it almost does. The power delivery is so smooth and sweet its deceptive, on parts of the airfeild where I would be doing around 110, I found I was around 125.
Very nice mapping !
No idea what Im coparing it with as I still cant open up the old ecu, now 3 mashed up screws

Ed of AP. he is Forza and can tune / tweak the chips to your spec but has done the standard as open and open IIRC

I have that chip in my Falco, it's an incredible improvement over stock. The SL chip to match my cans was bust so was running those pipes sith the boggo chip.

The Forza chip is waaay smoother and stronger in it's power delivery too.

I'm yet to get a K&N as i'm stioll on std filter

Its the Forza standard chip for open cans and race type filter.
Still cant get the last screw out of ecu to see what the old chip is, but did notice the trim screws at an odd setting
Left 10 oclock Right 3 oclock

have a look at some of paddyz1's posts - he made his own evo type air kit

all you need is a dremel , some balls and some door sealant....

and no, I am not joking :0

I'm pretty sure that paddy made a Renegade style kit - not an evo one.

Plenty of info on how to make an evo-style one on AF1 BTW

Finally got int the old ecu, the eprom is SL Carbon, the SL is in bold forward slant font, Carbon is written with thin black outline on a white label, held in by that snot like glue, so the mod was obviously done by a grown up.
Description of eprom ring any bells ?
No,cant post pic at the mo

I have never seen a genuine SL chip - but iirc they were on a daughter board?

No daughter board, fitted in the eprom socket.
The SL font matches the font style on the SL cans, so maybe a 'factory' chip ?
Very punchy low down grunt, fun, too easy to pop a solo, nightmare in the wet !
