I've a couple of spare sets that I'd be glad not to be taking up space in my garage - the set that's donatable is a bit scratched but probably just the job for once-a-year MOT duty.

As we all know, they weigh a ton so I'm not donating postage ... let me know whether you want to collect them, have them posted or some other cunning method of getting them to you.

If anyone wants the other set, I'll let them go for somewhat less than the £1,400 you'd pay for a brand new pair !
..... actually a lot, lot less

The previous bike is on a Lincolnshire field hospital I am bettering myself but got no grip and some shoulder problems but have decided to motivate myself by getting an mot and getting some stuff done that I've wanted to do for a while ... Well what's the point of being useless if you can't get people to do stuff :) anyway I am going to raise the bars (cheers Tom) and hopefully that will take enough weight off my wrists to let me get back in the saddle

Between my locked arthritic hips from an earlier in scheduled dismount and this one I am something like a cross between the shootist and Rooster Cogburn when trying out the bike.

I go out and stroke her when Flossie is at Squids and practice on the left hand lever... That's the clutch right ? :smt017 :smt003

The long term effects of wankers cramp Geoff - rare to see such an awful case but....

If you need my assistance again, give me a shout.

That was the closest I could find to one of me shouting that didn't involve cruelty to sheep :)

On a not unrelated note as I mentioned to the Blinkey wan anearaid I finally got my hands round some Chinese balls today and after giving them a quick polish been playing with them all afternoon :smt003

Those chinese balls are supposed to be excellent for muscle excsercise, rehabilitation and co ordination.
Play by the rules, no clinking balls together, regain clutch/ throttle motion excersize, then overtake me !
Wish you the best with rehab and MOT
