Work involved new paint job, new rectifier and wiring, exhaust system to be coated in Cerakote ceramic paint (Both inside and out). Frame cleaned up and powder-coated. Replace some original bolts that have perished. Generally a good tickerly ferkerly

what size bolts did you use to put on the rad grills ?

I used some slot-headed m6 I think, with some 8mm copper pipe as spacers. Being a gas engineer has it good points



Here is my new rectifier, for an R1 (Mosfet) with custom wiring already done.

Yes DR, they have been powder-coated gold as well Has anyone had problems with the wiring loom removal? As part of the main front loom goes through the left-hand "V" god damn it

Wonder if all this is going to be worth it.....
