Helibar fitting

#1 Post by Shetland Woody » Sun Sep 30, 2012 9:46 pm

Hi guy's, i'm planning to fit my bars and iv'e done the relevant searching and come up with most of my answers but does anyone have the actuall instructions they would be willing to post up. I'm presuming fitting will be straight forward enough but if there is a particular way they are fitted it would be handy to know. I plan to fit them in the same alignment as the original clip ons and let the shape of the helibars sort the rest. if that makes sense, does that sound correct?
Cheers :smt001

Sounds about right, but beware, when I bought my original Falco it had helibars fitted and on full lock the light controls would just clip the fairing and turn the lights off, I was forever riding round with my lights off before I finally had enough and adjusted them.
Pass me a hammer, a spanner and a cuppa
