How much is a sorted Falco worth?

Some other listers may find this strange, since I have just done a fair few upgrades recently.
I don't like selling things especially bikes and its a decision I am still wrestling with.
Last 3-4 years my riding has become less and less and I have got more into restoring older bikes (I also have an LC and RS250)
Been out on the Falco for a quick blast this afternoon to check everything was OK after recent upgrades and it is, but I have doubts that Falco is for me anymore. I have only done 70 miles on the bike since 2010.
As we all know a cracking bike, I have been riding for 30 years and my interest are increasing towards older bikes. I don’t commute or tour and if I wanted a fun couple of hours I would more likely take one of the two-strokes.
So what would a Falco in the follow spec be worth, sold as is.
2005 registered
Only 1 previous owner, I have owned since 2007
8590 miles only
Years MOT
Metallic Grey and Burgundy with Black Frame
Full Service inc valve clearance check by Griff in 2010, bike been in garage since
Griff also did the derestriction, the bike also has a Power Commander fitted, but disconnected also by Griff. Bike does run and fuel great.
Oil and filter change just done
Front forks serviced, re-valved and set-up by Reactive Suspension
RSV Ohlins Shock, serviced, resprung and set-up by MCT suspension
New Blackshadow Wavy Disks (also set of PFM cast iron disks)
New Performance Friction Brake Pads that will work with steel and iron disks
HEL Stainless Brake Lines with black covering, stainless banjos and bleed nips
RSV Oz Wheels, New Bearings throughout and Powder Coated by Triple S (Metallic Black)
New Pirelli Super Corsa Tyres
RSV Swingarm - beed blasted and professionally polished, with new bearings
New Aprilia hugger
Akrapovic Carbon Twin Silencers (also standard exhausts)
New Evolution air box kit from Griff
Skidmarx Belly Pan, painted to match the metallic grey of the bike.
Renthal Sprokets with 15 front
New Tsubaki Gold Chain
New higher rated Battery
Evo tail tidy, number plate holder
New Titax adjustable levers
New Oberon Brake Reservoir Lid
Oberon Clutch Slave
Stainless allen head bolts throughout.
Mint and clean as a clean thing...
I think that’s everything.
If I was keeping it then a single can conversion is next on the list, then a Gabro chip.
