Factory Racing clutch slave

How the hell do you fit it?
It seems to be missing a huge chunk, which means that even pushed right onto the clutch rod, there is still a 20-25mm gap. WTF?

There is a spacer between the O/E slave and the casing, have you left that in place by mistake?

Not sure what bit you are referring to
To me it looks like the bit closed to the number 13 is missing from the Factory Racing slave.
It's inseparable from the original slave.
I've scratched the paintwork on the Factory Racing slave now too.

look at the one you took off
look very closely, you will see that part number 13 is actually stuck to it... a light tap and part 13 will now be in your hand ready to be put onto the new clutch part....
ask me how i know.....

I've twisted, bashed and beaten the shit out of it. It won't come out. Might give it ago on the weekend with my rubber hammer.
It's probably seized, as were the screws holding the slave in place.

It is not secured at all - unless some bright spark has used instant gasket....
I would suggest some low heat. [/i]

When I took my clutch slave off it did indeed look like a one piece construction, leaving me thinking HTF do I put the new seal in ? ? ?
I used a wooden dowel against the piston, bashed it on the floor and it seperated, other methods of applied violence did not work
