Was at the run also, silver Futura, followed a falco all the way round and was parked beside a couple at the hospital.

Was on a 55plate red and black one, I saw a silver and a black one. Was parked at the transport museum at the end, nursing a stiff clutch hand.

Did you see the trumpet stall and drop his newish R1 after much revving dropping the clutch stall loose footing and over he went.

Yep that was me, did notice the blue flames, I was their with the guys on the Buell, Tuono and Sportster.

Was a good turn out.

Biggest noise on the run was my mates Buell the cooling fan sounds like a chopper on take off, has pretty cool indicators that bounce in time with the cylinders firing tractor esq :smt002

I have Bikesafe with Strathclydes finest in May and I just don't know whether to leave the flames on or put the trusty old stockers back on fer the day?

I did a Bikesafe last summer albeit on a fully road legal Bandit. The cops were cool and didn't fuss much but did do a 'road legal' check on each bike before the rideout !! May pay to put baffles in ??

Funnily enough, the cop who took us out was looking at my mate's SV1000 and said " bet that'd sound good with some proper pipes on it " :smt003

Unfortunately he still has stock pipes on :smt009

My other 'arf did it on her SV650 and the copper couldn't care less, in fact he mentioned that it sounded really nice and fruity
