I'm thinking of getting a set for the bird, but wanted to check if anyone would either recommend or warn against them before I part with £300+ quid.

Personal preference I supposed.
My Falco had a set on when I bought the bike, I though they sounded tinny and not that good.
Sold and Akro's fitted.
Just my opinion.

I rated my dual Port ones highly - but they were older, possibly now illegal ;)
With full baffles in they sounded ok, part baffles Lancaster bomber and no baffles were Vulcan at full chat
I would hesitate to buy new how ever - I am tight

I run twin port Blue falmes - really like the look and sound. Too loud with the baffles and bungs out though. Been on six and a half years and no problems.
Would love some genuine Prilla SL Carbons but they hardly ever come up nowadays.

Short fuel cans really like them very civilised with baffles in and loud enough out and there are some carbons on at the moment

I have a Fuel can myself - great value for money.
Mine is the carbon-effect stainless - a pretty good solution for a big V-twin

I saw them on ebay today, they look pretty nice with the big bore outlet on them.
I found a pair of motad venoms listed in Germany, however he had 2 seperate listings for them, one for €500 and one for €550. I asked what the difference was (expecting him to say one was road legal and one not), his reply was that they are exactly the same, however the €500 ones are out of stock so I'd have to buy the €550 ones. What sort of crap service is that!!
