Idle point

Can anyone suggest the best way round getting rid of this flat spot at idle.
IT feels really lumpy but never stalls,as I pull away the revs drop and bogs down unless i blip the throttle,once away the bike is fine.
I find my self dreading getting caught at lights due to this issue.
This is my 3rd Falco and its the first time ive experienced it

i would respectfully suggest that you do two things
one - ignore it
two, slip the clutch a touch - my old ducati ensured i learnt how to do it :)

what about turning the idle up a couple of hundred rpm,s

Sounds like a good dollop of TB balance will sort that out.

I agree with Aladin, as you say it doesnt stall,
V twins and big singles are notorious for that hesitant feel pulling away,everything or nothing sensation,
Blip it and enjoy

When was the bike last serviced?
I would be tempted to start with looking at the air filter to see if it requires a new one.
Our bikes like to breath and a dirty air filter will cause a flat spot.
I would also check the plugs too
Start with the basics before looking else where

Or do as I do and launch at 3500+ rpm. Saves on front tyre wear too.

I stuck the original cans on and the bikes running like a dream,its only rough with the Remus cans

Oh and maybe a tune up with the Remus cans on to get the gases etc right?

Are you still using the original chip?
A chip matched to free flowing cans might help, although using the original isn't a problem.
Deffo balance the TB's when changing the exhaust.
