So all was looking great until toothache set in :smt010

Greg, I think you're a top geezer, don't listen to what the others say about you. :smt002

Greg, top form, mine landed today :smt023

Just a damn shame I'll be 200 miles away until Friday, and if I ask the missus what it looks like, I'll get a "it's a bit of plastic" type comment :smt022

If we meet up, there's a drink from me available. Of course, if it's a big meet, you'd better arrange a taxi, cos I think there's a few drinks outstanding for sorting this little lot.

Cheers again mate

One thing I noticed following Falken the other day, the LED's he had were bright, but it was difficult to see when the brake lights were applied over the "normal" rear light (in daylight at least, probably not an issue when it gets dull/dark), as it appeared the light was focused rather than diffusing, so all you saw was a narrow beam that got a bit brighter with the brakes on - really hard to distinguish in daylight.

I asked Falken, and the LED cluster he had only has rear-facing LED's, not the ones that also shine into the reflectors when the brakes come one. I'll be looking for the latter, so hopefully as well as getting brighter, the "shape" of the light will change with the brakes on. One less excuse for the SMIDSY's...

This was with the clear lens, mights not be an issue with the smoked lens as you might get more diffusion.

Just finished fitting mine.
:smt003

I've a set of those rare Nooj LEDs - no problem with tail lights or brake lights being seen.
Not as bright as with the old red lens - but that's only to be expected with a smoked lens.

Looks great!

Does that mean you have some left over, or are you 40 quid out of pocket?
if its the later, then I'm sure we all can fix that

Not really very nice with you going to all this effort and you end up with the most expensive lenses out of all of us

If you're out of pocket, let us all know and we'll get something sorted, I don't mind throwing in a few more quid for a quality item.

Paypal fees by any chance? :smt011

Hi all + GTrain, Firestarter,

Unfortunately GTrain I don't have any more left :smt009 But, if I was pushed or plyed with something that the monks invented I might get the manufacturer to do another run.....

Yes, firestarter I am out £40, due to all those lovely paypal fees :smt013 Some ppl didn't read my posts properly...guess I know what it means "The price of fame!"

Well I hope u all have a fast, blurry, and safe w/end :smt081

Warranty yeah rite!

I had a lot of response on the great looking smoked lense from some dutch Falco riders I could ask on the Aprilia Rider forum if they also want to buy one. So we can do a group buy again and you can earn youre 40 pounds back. Or the guys that did not pay enough :smt018 YOU know who you are :smt072 send the money to GD.
