Let's face it, you wouldn't go to a nurse to get good advice on a problem with a Falco - you'd choose an Engineer or a mechanic...

None of you will yet, the nuts still haven't arrived, I was hoping for a big pile in the post today but none yet. Hopefully tomorrow though.

Been trying out some pins today, not sure how the AF1 boys get the nut between the tank and the frame!! I put them straight in and the tank down (it'sa real bitch to get the tank down over them on mine, might be better on others as the tanks may be moved around).

Image

here is the left hand pin clashing with the coil

Image

here is the right hand one sitting correctly, doesn't have the nut and washers under it to lock it down yet.

Image

still waiting on bloody nuts and washers by the way.

I've just had a call to say there are 4 parcels waiting at home for me, hopefully this should be everything (including a collet holder for the lathe so I can shorten the pins without ruining the threads).

If this is everything I'll try to post as many of the items out tomorrow as I can.

PM and money sent for one set of seat pins.

Many thanks,
Wayno
It's the V-twin thing. There's just something about it that inline-4s don't have at all, and V-4s don't have enough of.

I have made a list of all the people to send to who have given me address and payment. Most of these will go out today when I go to the post office after work (a few of the later ones may not, but I'll try my best).

Here's the list I have so far, if you've paid and you're not on here please give me a shout with the e-mail address you paid through and I'll check (my organisation skills are not fantastic)

Falco09 - 2 sets all full length
mangocrazy - 1 set, 1 pin shortened
olig - 1 set, 1 pin shortened
aladinsane - 2 sets, 1 pin shortened
cornishmafia - 2 sets, 1 pin shortened
rick - 2 sets, 1 pin shortened
dusty - 2 sets, 1 pin shortened
sl1000_dk - 2 sets, 1 pin shortened
viking - 1 set full length

If your name's not here and you have paid give me a shout, if your name is here and the quantity or lengths are wrong, give me a shout.
