Hey dude, just got your message, haven't called back as i'm watching the football.

My bike has beowulf cans with no baffles.

It's been derestricted i.e. the wire cut and air box plate removed.

I believe it still has the original chip though.

I can't see a larger rear sprocket fitting without a new chain, so a front would be the better option if i went down that road.

Let's face it, you wouldn't go to a nurse to get good advice on a problem with a Falco - you'd choose an Engineer or a mechanic...
