Looked in the toolbox but can't decide which one is the "Spring Puller" is that the Hammer or the Chisel? Nothing like having a tool that'll pull springs easily - I struggled with this for years - improvising with screwdrivers and pliers etc.
..... then Aldi came to the rescue with this set of tools for a couple of quid (or so) - the tool at the top is perfect for doing springs.

I measured the (converted) GSXR stand on my Falco today, and it was pretty much exactly 250mm/25cm from pivot to heel of stand. So it seems like the Blade/GSXR stands are pretty much interchangeable in that respect. One thing I'd like to compare is the angle of dangle of both stands, as that could also make a difference.
Maybe I need to shell out for a Blade stand on eBay and do a proper comparison...

For the avoidance of doubt and for the benefit of my wife, not everything I may say here will be absolutely true I may on ocassion embellish a little for effect.
That said when it comes to motorbikes, I like to ride side saddle with a nice frock

Did you trim the length of the stand? I felt it was too upright initially and took about 15mm off. Never did receive the Bubseywoo stand, did get a refund though. Did you fit the Honda switch as well, if so does it kill the engine properly when the stand is flicked up?furygan man wrote:Had the stand done on Friday and i must have got so used to the original/boobsywhasit that it really looked leant over, and the leg more forward. Griff assures it's right, just gotta get used to it i guess!!

Just incase someone searches in the future, I have also fitted a Hayabusa stand to the Falco to good effect.
About 2 inches longer than standard so stand holds further out.
Use existing bracket & switch.
Bolt needs fitting in the oposite direction & blob of weld on the top, but overall quite easy & a good mod.
