I'd check tyre pressures and general condition of tyres, to be honest. When both are in spec a Falco is a very neutral-handling motorcycle (unless someone has been buggering about with ride heights, of course).

The tyres have plenty of life in them, profiles look ok. Haven't checked the pressures yet though. Have a feeling the bike had stood for a while. Only did 800 miles last year. I'm going to give it the third degree at the weekend and get it serviced before doing anything serious with it.

So its as good as the Tuono I rode? That was ok to keep the bike still if picking your nose and that was about it.

No sorry they don't go together.

Actually you don't get a match with Mille and rear brake either.

Actually after four years of trying to find one, I have fitted some pads that now give me a bit of rear braking, but don't use it much.

Must be summat to do with the direction the fluid goes down the plughole. Wonder if Pop's works.

Jack the rear up as high as it will go and then drop the forks till five rings showing .........that should help with the "dropping in" part . Rear brake does work but does take time to get sorted right ......

And if all else fails get your wallet out ...........that always works !!

Cheers. Had a better look and the arse is more or less all the way up and there are two rings showing on the front. Fitted the brake switch. Blew the tyres up... Checked the dribbly bit levels and pads. Should be able to get out tomorrow and get a bit more of a feel for it.

The electric seems to be slowly falling out of it. So it'll be time for a battery soon I think.

Had another bimble about for a couple of hours.

Very civilised despite it being cold and drizzly.
Blowing the tyres up really helps the handling...
There's a lot of lever travel on the back brake before not a lot happens. That could stand a fiddle.
The 6 quid of petrol I put in the other day has all gone. So it runs on petrol and electric?
What a nice engine.
Also noticed the bike is exactly the same colour as my cat, which is nice. Saves getting the cat repainted.
