About battery resets:
Most annoying of all is that the rev limiter resets to 6000rpm, which leaves the bike seriously restricted
Hmmm

I confess that I didn't contribute to the Ride article, preferring to leave it to the seasoned experts. Well done, chaps. Pretty good write-up despite the obvious clangers. Roll on spring; this snow is becoming tedious.

Managed to get a copy today
Just skimmed it so far but it does seem to have more than its fair share of errors and half-truths - bit disappointed really.
Anyway, I'll give it a proper read later and maybe see it in a better light.

Just picked up a copy earlier. Not really read it yet.
The bit about the KTM RC8s at 2.5 grand cheaper than normal kinda caught my eye before I started reading..

you got beer and a bike mag... you're point is??
Let's face it, you wouldn't go to a nurse to get good advice on a problem with a Falco - you'd choose an Engineer or a mechanic...

would you like a napkin for the egg on your face, or would sir like to use his sleeve as he usually does?

In defence of my local water-jet-cutter, I believe the "yolk" is actually on Paul the 6-toed swamp-dweller ....
