Hi all,

I also took seat off and raised my tank, then, used a stubby 13mm spanner to tighten the top bolt on the rear header pipe :smt002
My warranty is the clear/smoked tail lights around the corner!!

Well it is done ....YAHOOOOOOOOOOO !!! And it all went very well with no hic ups , off with the old and on with the new . Have to say the rear exhaust downpipe was a pain to get to and get out so i took the rear wheel off and dropped the rear shock as well which gave me a bit more room to get in there and undo the nuts. Light was well needed although it was in the way sometimes but all in all a very nice and easy job .............................and all this coming from a man who has trouble putting a plug on ( well not that bad but not that far off the truth either ) .... :smt009

So anyway i fitted a moto GP exhaust and by f##k is it loud !!! Can't see me going long with this one but have to say it WILL be getting a blast just to hear it go full chat :smt007 , we started it in the garage and our ears where nearly bleeding by the time we finished ...... :smt089 I know it's not the best looking for a finish just yet but it's in the right direction so i'm happy enough so far , maybe changing the end can out for a carbon blue flame twinpot end can not sure yet and then of course there's the fixing bracket to be made yet. Old rsv exhaust hanger with some sort of hanger made to fit but time will tell on that one ....... :smt017

Turn up Volume NOW ......then click the video ....

Looking forward to the first blast tomorrow to see it the exhaust pipe mod works and like i said to hear it on full throttle , just have to make sure the old bill aren't around ........ :smt003

So last but by no means least it just leaves me to say thanks too all that have help me with their advice and tips , i've tried taking them all onboard and hopefully will remember them for years to come.........goes to show this forum is ace !!!

I now have a full Falco exhaust system plus two carbon rene end cans for sale with link pipes , will put some photos up tomorrow of the end cans as the right hand side one has some marks on it and they need a good clean up as well. If any one is interested let me know and i'll get in touch other wise they're be going on ebay by Monday .......Would like to sell the lot in one if poss so make me offer .............................maybe a MOTO GP end can coming up soon as well once my hearing returns !!!! :smt005

Nice job Mr Mafia ..... but is that an exhaust or a mortar with a bent end?

Tim - time to do an inventory on your stores !

well done mate

nice work - and glad we were of help

Let's face it, you wouldn't go to a nurse to get good advice on a problem with a Falco - you'd choose an Engineer or a mechanic...

Well sorry no video but I’ve just had it out for a good blast and have to say there is a good improvement in the bike but not so much from lower down but more 7000 upwards where there is a definite improvement which = grin factor !! It is pulling so much more at the top end when rev'd hard that you can feel the difference from old and have to say it is worth the money, not too sure about the exhaust though as my ears are still bleeding but it felt like that maybe lower down it wasn’t so responsive as it should be but I suppose that could just be me expecting more from it. The Moto GP exhaust probably isn't helping but it's fun for now so I’m still on the lookout for an rsvr link pipe so I can chicken out and fit my blueflame can instead .....

Anyway to sum it up IF you haven't had the exhaust mod done yet get it done you won't be disappointed .........NOW WHAT NEXT ??? :smt003
