Greg i am almost certain you can sell the debt to a debt collector and thay have all the trouble of sending final demands and threatening court action etc, and collecting there money has you will have the cash in the bank
I am also certain it does'nt cost you much to set this up... I would consider looking in to this

Glad you're on the road to recovery.
I'd send in the bailiffs myself the last thing they like is having a court order against them (stuffs their credit rating for 6 years) and they have to pay the bailiffs fees. I used once and have no regrets.

Crikey; just caught up with this thread. So sorry to hear about your health scare, Greg. Just wanted to add my positive thoughts for a speedy recovery and upward swing to life generally.

Hi all,
OK Men, I am back in the saddle (Doctor didn't ask me whether I drove anyway) been 3 months now. Good Karma has shone on me at last. I got a text off ex-employer, he has paid me 3 months later
So, got strength up and arm still not 100%, but, I went out with an amigo and took my time. Was ok, so slow progress is needed...
Haven't had a summer yet this year anywyaz
Hope all on here are doing ok....

Great to hear from you Greg. Knew you were hoping to get out on the bike - very glad to hear it's actually happened.
Also good to hear you got paid in the end.
Keep the recovery going

Sorry Greg, only just noticed the thread!
What everybody else has said!
Take it easy and hope you are fully recovered soon.
No experience about selling debts on as Blinkey says, but worth looking into and will take some of the stress away, your health is the main thing.

Take your time and do it right
Let's face it, you wouldn't go to a nurse to get good advice on a problem with a Falco - you'd choose an Engineer or a mechanic...

Hi all,
Thanks for the kind words of support from you all

Made my day, cheered me up no-end. Still trying too build up the courage and will-power to strip bike and get the main frame powder coated GOLD!
Need an extra pair of hands and a guy who knows what too do hehehe.
Might see some people later on in the year at an aprilia meet somewhere
Ciao for now...

Hi Greg. Firstly let me say how chuffed I am that things are working out for you, especially the getting back to riding bit.
My brother suffered a stroke about 2 years ago and is paralysed down his right hand side, suffers from very limited speech, and is still fighting to get his driving licence back. But he is, like you, still fighting and that inspires me too.
All the best for the future mate and if I can help in any way drop me a line. Unless it involves mechanicking things OK?

I'm right 98% of the time so why worry about the other 3%?
