When you have to be somewhere early in the morning, do not sleep through the alarm. You will be late.
It's the V-twin thing. There's just something about it that inline-4s don't have at all, and V-4s don't have enough of.

Don't ride over to Leicester with your son for his Part 1 motorcycle test on 5th December.
When you get there you will find it has been cancelled as it was "too icy"
You will also find they rang his mobile to tell him this - but only when we were already halfway there and, of course, didn't notice the call as we were riding.

Great advice that .............

dont put your side stand down on a drain graiting covered with leaves ,
thers a good chance the bike might go down , the grating will cum up when you level the bike ,
if it does get a passer buy to hold the bike while you remove the graitting :smt005 :smt005

IF your top box won't shut then your other hand is in the way.
DON'T slam it.

When you smell burning plastic in the car then yes the fuses have blown again
For the avoidance of doubt and for the benefit of my wife, not everything I may say here will be absolutely true I may on ocassion embellish a little for effect.
That said when it comes to motorbikes, I like to ride side saddle with a nice frock

If you are soldering wires, do not grab hold of the wires you have just soldered. They will be hot.

The same applies for items of steel that you have welded together, especially if they have only just stopped glowing.

And on the theme ...... (going back a few years here) .....

When you are short of soldering irons at work and you and a colleague need to use one at the same time, don't assume that just because you are right handed and he is left handed that you can both share the same iron in complete safety.

After a while, without looking at what you are doing, you will both go to pick up the iron at the same time. You will get there first and start to pick it up and he will grasp where the handle was only a split second before ..... and firmly grasp the hot tip ....

My family have had a learning week...

Don't pour caustic soda down your front unless you want to be pink, puffy and hairless.

And from my sister. Make sure there are no cats in the washer before you turn it on. Unless you want a really pissed off (but very soft and fluffy) cat.

soft and fluffy pussy......

well thats a lot of folks happy

Let's face it, you wouldn't go to a nurse to get good advice on a problem with a Falco - you'd choose an Engineer or a mechanic...

I'd also like to add that the person in that image very clearly doesn't have any 'nads...

Perhaps they did before the waxing ... :smt104 :smt107 :smt104

And perhaps Pete won't have in the near future...
