(I expect that all will be revealed over the next week or so.....)

Let's face it, you wouldn't go to a nurse to get good advice on a problem with a Falco - you'd choose an Engineer or a mechanic...

I too may have something to reveal soon...

He said cryptically and in the manner of Mata Hari...

Yeah - we'll tell all once we've got the parts we need - avoiding the feeding frenzy .... though as it only applies to those few of us with single pipe conversions, it's not going to be that interesting to most Falco riders.

Are you sure that's a mole and not an otter - or one of those other furry creatures that build dams in rivers ....

And people think I am sometimes guilty of going off the main thread. :smt009
So at the moment the best way to tune a Falco is to sort out Kylie's well trimmed beaver!

Yeh OK, I can go with that thought for a while!

But we do need to clarify some issues first -

Does the beaver have a revised airbox (or is it a hair box?) or a modified exhaust?

Is it a standard or overbored beaver?

Are we to consider any form of forced induction?

What sort of velocity stacks work best with this particular beaver?

Oh and not forgetting, what's the fastest colour for a beaver, (just to upset Andy, but in Kylies case I suppose it has to be yellow).

Don't worry Howard, I'm not going to get in a flap over it - after all, I think if I tried to re-colour it, I might feel a bit of a twat.

That would never do. :smt018

Followed most of that :smt003

Mr cornish mafia, yes its easy to fit any of the rsvr engines in if you have the patience, but not a lot of point unless your going with airbox's, 57throttlebodies,pc3etcetc like the other reprobates mentioned. Or fit a newer 04 onwards but for ease use the 04 complete loom and brains. Also need to find a handy exhaust man to reroute around falco arm or put a banana arm on

Just bite the bullet and fit a big bore kit , tightfisted southern shandydrinker :smt002

Have just been out blasting around on some of these lovely south west roads ..........out to lands end , blue skys and no northern monkeys to get in my way .....or nick my bike !!!

Being as my tech skills are as good as " pop idol " ............i was planning on just giving someone my bike in the hope that when it comes back it's all sorted and nothing left to do apart from ride the dam thing .......... Was hoping the big bore would be more straight forward then changing the engine .....

Have go the back end up by 12mm and the forks showing three rings ...........she's flying but as always could use just that little bit more ...........I know i'm 41 but not quite ready to roll over and except what i've got ...............apart from the kids , mortgage , work boring boring boring !!! :smt005
