why 190 rear?

its the edge of the tyre thats near the chain so i imagine with a 190 55 profile the tyre is slightly taller and so the edge of the tyre is lower than the chain... i'm going to change my tyres in a couple of weeks so if somebody could take a pic of their chain and 190/55 tyre to show clearance i'd really appreciate it!

I know what you mean rick..

:smt002 pushed up in the centre but due to the rim width being constant which ever tyre you fit, the 190 being pushed more outwards and down at the edge of the wear surface due to it being squeezed more?
