Yeah I saw these GP style ones on some website - they did 2 versions for the Mille - 0ne slightly longer than the other - I liked the shorter one best.

..... can't remember where this website is now - even if you are geting your own made up, their pictures of them on the Milles help to visualise what they look like ....

I just bought the Mivv GP-style exhaust ready for my 2-1 mod. Its not really all that "stubby"... i.e. its not the R6 or GSXR look but it will allow the swingarm to be shown off more on both sides and the Oz wheel in my case.

What i would really like is an underslung like the KTM RC8 :smt007

I do need to research exhausts a fair bit though - I know what I want it to look like, and sound like.... but wether or not it is possible is another thing

(I did finish the high level can pipes but they looked awful - so will redo those as well this winter - all being well I should end up with a variety of cans that I can then choose from.... ie, road use, touring use etc)
Now there's a man with way too much time on his hands

no, theres a man with a loving wife and child inside the house, and a workshop with an internal lock....

Let's face it, you wouldn't go to a nurse to get good advice on a problem with a Falco - you'd choose an Engineer or a mechanic...

Why, doesn't your workshop have an internal lock?

Hey guys,

I've not been around much recently, but have been cooking up some ideas for my Aprilia - yep, still have it. Be 9 years in April...

Sheesh.

Yep, I've moved from RiDE and now work on Performance Bikes (since the relaunch five issues ago). We're a small team but we're pouring everything into it. It's a big difference compared to how it was.

Wassup?

so we can ask you to let us lose on the new 1200 falco when it is released so we can give an honest appraisal?

Nice to hear from you again Ben - have even bought the odd copy of PB recently (trouble is that nowhere near here - other than Asda - seems to stock it)

... so if Pete has first dibs on the 1200, I'm putting in my claim on the V4 :smt002 - you know how much sense it makes to let an ordinary punter loose with it - for heaven sake, you trust these bikes to Guy Martin and he's a complete nutter :smt003 ... so what harm could it do .....

After they've finished playing with them, I volunteer to take both the bikes to bits and see what parts fit on a Falco (my Falco to be specific) :smt001

that would be the so called hacksaw test then?

and seriously, i really do reckon it would make a great spread - here is the falco owners massive and they know what they like - so we let them loose and....

(drider has asked for black and white images only so his beard looks good btw)

Nice to hear from you again Ben, hope the new job goes well!
Also good to hear that you're still tinkering with the Falco, thought it might finally be on it's way after your last comments in the Mag.
Keep in touch when you get the time and let us know how you get on with it.

Underslung are soooo 2007 :smt002

edit:balls forgot why i was posting in the first place. hmmmmmm

AHHA - Ben, only PB could afford to get a supercharger put on. They do it on the rsv (links on af1 site) but noones done it for the falco so what about that for a project. Better than some crappy m&p bolt on reject :smt016 I'm trackdaying in portugal in feb, if you get it done for then I dont mind taking it over, honest.
