Went out for a spin yesterday and came to work on the bike today (Norwich -> Bury St. Edmunds).

Hurts like hell, but well worth it!

No pain, no gain.

But that would probably involve damage to my bike. :smt009

Howdy all, thought i'd join this thread with some injurys. Came off my zx9r 18 months ago, buggered my hand up. had opperation wednesday. They've fused the joint in my thumb (The one near the wrist) with a piece of bone from my hip. So not only am i in plaster for next 2 months, i'm also hobbling around with a 4 inch gash to my hip.
Im a bit sore so say the least, lol
The most irritating bit is ive got a pile of bit in my garage consisting of a mille swinger, ohlins shock, etc etc. And they will now stay there till the winter :-(

They are not going anywhere, are they? Stop worrying, start healing! Can I 'borrow' your Ohlins? ;)

It's taken me nearly 5 years to save up, I'm going to stack it now!
