I do believe the 2004 model fits with a little fettling.

There were many years that fitted ..... but I couldn't tell you which ones (other than by looking at them)

And you do, indeed, have many years

Let's face it, you wouldn't go to a nurse to get good advice on a problem with a Falco - you'd choose an Engineer or a mechanic...

Firestorm stand, very little fettling and original switch fits without any alteration. Easier to find and cheaper than Fireblade stand.

if you are feeling flush you could fit the american spec sidestand. £150 approx from ultimateparts. no fettling required. why the hell the euro spec bikes didn't get this stand i cannot understand? much safer.
Ive looked for a better bike but there aren't any

Actually Tom - it needs a bit of angle grinder to fit

But yes, I rate my one

My bit............... VTR1000 is a straight swap.

Make sure it's not a VTR SP1/2 - they are the same as the falco stand - trust me I know :smt009

not actually true

on the very early falco the engine mount lug appears to be very recessed..... at least it was on mine......

took more than a minimal dremel trim
