Was. Twenty years behind the set man and boy.
I keep getting bored and going and doing something else for a bit.
Did a job for my old lot round Christmas, probably go back at some point but I'm really enjoying myself not NDTing at the minute.
ahh.
I've been in NDT for 8 years. Mainly on Tofd but keep my hand in with UT. I stay away from RT mind. Nasty stuff.

ewe'll be sorry you asked
indeed - you may even be sheepish
Let's face it, you wouldn't go to a nurse to get good advice on a problem with a Falco - you'd choose an Engineer or a mechanic...

Hmmm - non-destructive testing of sheep... I wonder what they're testing for? I must admit I prefer sheep slow cooked with garlic and rosemary.

Unlike squid and Alad who prefer theirs tossed... Allegedly

For the avoidance of doubt and for the benefit of my wife, not everything I may say here will be absolutely true I may on ocassion embellish a little for effect.
That said when it comes to motorbikes, I like to ride side saddle with a nice frock

I performed an impromptu impact test on a sheep. Doesn't really count as NDT because the sheep was well and truly destructed. Not sure of the results because I was face down in a ditch.

It's okay as long as you don't let the x-ray pixies out. Then you have to spend the rest of the day reading the paper. I had to explain this to the gaffer on more than one occasion.
I had a UT ticket, but it bothers me, something witchy about it.
I did a bit a couple of years ago to check the results of a dubious immersion tank set-up. Borrowed a set, fiddled with it for an hour and then took it back to get an old one with twiddly knobs on that I could actually use. Bloody kids and their computer this and digital other.

A trusty old usk 7 by any chance?
I'm lazy and do use a digi set they are getting better but still not quite as compatible an a scan as the old analogue sets.

Friend of mine hit a sheep in his Volvo while going over Corney Fell (Cumbria). Sheep literally exploded
