will check out who over can do it though.
Blueflames are straight forward enough, theyre easy enough to do self-help
The wadding and steel wool can be bought online (fleabay) cheaply enough
couple or three of these:

and

strip the old stuff off once the can is unrivetted and in components, wrap the wire wool round the baffle tube so its nicely, firmly, covered (doesnt have to be wrapped up inches thick, 10mm thick should do) then pack out twixt outer sleeve and wire wooled baffle tube with the wadding. pack (ram..) wadding in nice and firmly. loose is bad, firm is good. wear gloves when doing it
when reassembling, a slivver of silicon sealant (clear bathroom stuff'll do) to seal twixt sleeve and end caps.
and.. * thinks* you should be able to replace the rivets easily too.
Carboot or fleabay for a cheap rivet gun and buy a few decent rivets from a motor factors. Rivets need to be decent as they have to deal with the pulsation from the zorst gasses moreso on the twin than an inline four.
2 cans, should be able to do yourself for under 30 quid all in, top of my head figure.
