Stunning bike

Was speaking with Jay and he was full of Praise for your bike and the condition of it ... I think it looks stunning just thought I'd pop by and say that. As for the price I think that you may get it but it would be off someone who understands what you have done in relation to the bike and the value of those mods not just in cost but in terms of improvement.

As much as you may not want to if you don't maybe you could not butcher the whole thimng but say swap key parts like the ohlins for the Yellow/ white spring and get the difference back that way ... just a thought not a suggestion :smt001

cheers Flatlander.....no decision has been made as yet, I'll give it a go on the market first of all if no takers, might have to consider it!

:smt014 i want the ohlins, no seriously to anyone who has not seen this bike you could go to great expense to achieve this standard of bike.

Yeah - Oli's bike is a very nice one.

Where abouts will you be off to Oli? Have you thought of taking it with you (or at least shipping some of the nice bits to fit onto another Falco when you get there)?

Do you imagine this will be a long term move or do you expect you might be back in a few years?

I am more than happy to "store" it for you ... Just thinking ahead though you may have to leave a spare key in case I need to move it round the garage ;)

It's a 4yr contract in Dubai, sometimes you just have to go where to work is. I reckon it would be too costly to ship over there and register etc, no if I go then the bird must fly my nest.

I'm going to stick it on ebay and see if I get any interest.

i was in aladinsanes company yesterday, his mate has an s.v but is looking at maybe getting a falco. I told him all about yours mods etc, age, milage, condition he seemed quite keen but i dont know if he has to sell his s.v to finance his next bike.
oh yes and good luck with the job, i think you cant drink beer over there legally :smt017 but a small price to pay

As a foreigner you can't own property cannot have stuff like codeine in you system but other "western" behaviour is tolerated if discreet and not public

Great news about the job Oli, but very sad the Falco has to go, especially with all the work you've put into it. Then again, you don't have any real option, so good luck with the sale.
How long before you go ?
