Thanks to FalcoMunky, I now have a shiny carbon fibre NWS hugger on the Falco. Damn me, it looks the dog's nuts - matches the SL-Carbon cans nicely.
But are they always such a bastard to get in there? I ended up undoing the LHS footpeg hanger / exhaust bracket so I could rotate the hugger around the wheel and into place.
On the good side, though, the bike got a wash and is lovely and shiny again!

Edit: Forgot to say that TLoML said "You need carbon fibre on the front now to balance the look of the bike." I'm taking that as semi-approval to replace the front mudguard.
