I'd be tempted to cut the rubber down to fit.
I did consider this, but the rubber has a metal sleeve in it so I thought it would be easier to have the shoulders reduced.

I had my suspicions there was a sleeve in there, but couldn't see it on the parts diagram soz.

As you can see the one on the left's shoulder is thinner than the 2nd from left, the other two are turned down.

I have fitted the third one to the bike and it fits perfect :smt003

Well if you can't find a glass slipper, the perfect fit of the 3rd bolt is not a bad substitute.
