Aprilia sell the plastic ones for something like £14, one of the early Milles uses them, can't remember which one though.

hi was just wondering are you putting 54mm velocity stacks on top of standard throttle bodies? only i was doing my own airbox mod last week and was wondering what difference modifying these would make? i have a similar mod list as yourself to try out, airbox, chip and rear shock. bring on the heat!

Let's face it, you wouldn't go to a nurse to get good advice on a problem with a Falco - you'd choose an Engineer or a mechanic...

i bought/swapt/dealt with paddy for them - so no idea

from the velocity stacks that came with them, I have a suspicion that they may well be evo in origin - certainly feel quality

I don't wish to rain on your parade but I can not see how enlarging the velocity stack without a corresponding change in the throttle bodies, is going to improve things. Surely there will be a step change between the 54mm velocity stack and the 51mm throttle body? If there is then I expect it will have a detrimental effect rather than a positive one.

Will have to let you know when they get here and are fitted .............they did make a bit of difference on Throttle response last time ( that was on an rsvr though ) so will give them a go .....and if not they will be for sale on Ebay in about two weeks !!! :smt013 .........and yes they do make them for the Falco .....

Anything to try and get a little bit more out of the Falco without going mental and getting the engine out !!!!! :smt021 ....Winters getting boring now so something else to do while waiting for the salt to be washed away on the roads ........ :smt067
