damaged oz wheel

does anyone know, can damaged oz wheels be straightened?

I suppose it depends on how badly bent they are, but I'm not sure I'd be happy riding a bike with any type of wheels that had been straightened!!!!

Places that specialise in fixing wheels wouldn't entertain repairing an OZ I have that has a hairline crack.

That said, I've an idea they were under the misapprehension that the wheel contained magnesium (I believe some of the really really light ones do).

cant see any cracks but then you'll no see hairline. think i'll leave it, no paying for something that useless!!!
