Is this Question Treachery?

#1 Post by FalcoJock » Sat Oct 31, 2009 6:48 pm

Has anyone tried a Benelli Tre-K? Is sat on one a couple of years ago after trying a Tuono and finding it (the Tuono) not to my liking - the bars were just wrong for me. I couldn't get comfy. I then tried the Tre-K and it was soooo perfect. I wasn't in the market for a change then, but I keep thinking about the Tre-K now. I'm more than happy with the Falco, but I've had it nearly 7 years (flippin' heck!) and feel a bit of an itch coming on...

Benelli's are a bit rare but so is the Falco.

Are you looking at new or used?

I did hear that Benelli's quality went right off for a while - but not so long ago I heard things were much improved.

Sat on a Tre-K at last year's NEC show. I agree, the riding position felt very comfy - it 'fitted'. But I'd have doubts about the seat - felt a bit thin for long journeys. But I've been spoilt by the Fut's ultra-comfy seat
