When you fit those nice shiny things, one thing you might not realise is that the bolts that hold the brake callipers to the forks are different. The standard Showa/Marzocchi forks use a flanged bolt but the ohlins forks use bolts without a flange that have an allen key socket. These bolts tighten into recesses in the forks that the standard bolt flanges will not fit into.
I only just noticed before I fitted my ohlins and had to race around to my local Ducati dealer to get some - some Ducatis used the same forks and brakes (think it was a 996SP or something). Of course if you realise in time you can order some from Aprilia.

iconic , your bike is looking good , no mods for me this year ,

still will be checking your upgrades , not many left by the looks of it

you can get the bolts for you ohlins break calipers here

Hi mate and welcome. It's good tos ee another Falco in the north east. Helmsley, Stokesley, Guisborough, Whitby etc is my usual playground.
