I'd be interested to know how you get on with the stand from Ebay, was it the modified longer one?
I understand that firestorm and fireblade stands also fit a treat and keep the bike more upright which is what mine needs as I have RSV dogbones fitted.

Hi Frank
i will let you know, its supposed to be about 3-4 inches further out form the bike and its got a bigger foot on it and solid construction

Frank,
Today my stand came, it toook me about 10 mins to fit it, and it works a treat, with the stand down its about 3-4 inches further out from the centre of the bike making it a lot more stable, even thought the peg on the stand to lower it is smaller I can get at it no prbolem at all even sat on the bike, the construction of the stand is a much more substantial, all in all i am well pleased with it, see my previous post for detail and order info if your interested
good luck

Hi Clint,
Thanks for posting again so soon.
Did the switch swap out easily as well?
I've been meaning to mod mine as per Kens site so might invest in an Ebay stand and do both hits at once.
