I was given a 15T sprocket by the previous owner, but have never got round to fitting it. This has got me interested in giving it a try. Can anyone advise how much the speedo over-reads by once the 15T sprocket's fitted, and if a speedo healer is a worthwhile, and easy to fit, investment?

Speedo sensor is at the rear wheel so it doesn't over read.

HisNIbbs is absolutely correct, you can mess about with any combination of sprocket sizes without affecting the speedo, however please do make sure you use a torque wrench when re-fitting the 15t sprocket, These bolts have been known to come undone when under-tightened and also in a few cases actually shear the head off when over-tightened.

Also you need to apply a good blob of Loctite 243 to the bolt. On the Tuono the torque setting is 50Nm, and I'm 99.9% certain its the same for the Falco

It is fifty. I left my torque wrench set to 100+ when tightening. I did manage to drill the remaining bolt out (thank you Halfords). My pants were no more useable. :smt012
