The wheels just simply made the bike more nimble, it was quicker on the acceleration, cornering became a revelation. Turn in and 'flipibility' (if thats such a word) made the bike wicked in the twisties.... it is easily the best mod I made, i couldnt reccomend it enough. (that was not a plug to sell tho

They certainly do

Evening guys, I am disappearing on holiday (very early) for a couple of weeks, when I get back, I'll strip the parts and will be up putting them up for sale, I'll have a think about prices etc. Feel free to put in offers (anything to make it easier than thinking up prices lol

).
Regards

Have a nice holiday mate, some nice warm weather will make those old joints feel better, I know from experience!

For what it's worth, I went on a rare ride-out with a couple of mates who rode down from Cheshire, and Neil, who has a 54 plate VFR 800, has decided he wants a Falco instead. Yes, after travelling behind me for a few hundred miles, he's been seduced by the power, noise and riding position. I'll put him in touch with the forum when he gets back to Blighty.
So get polishing and fettling, he may be interested!

It's always a shame to dismantle a bike that you dedicated time and money too in a bid to get the best out of it. However, I suppose needs £££ must. So, I'll be interested in the Ohlins Shock and steering damper,
