If you are concerned about seat height then:
1) Wind the Ohlins shock ride height down to a minimum.
2) Make sure the static sag is set correctly.
3) Then drop the yokes down the forks to try the bars above the yokes (not done this myself but Aladinsaneuk swears by it - check with him how to do this safely)
With the rear ride height dropped off and the yokes dropped, the bike will be even lower than standard. This will reduce ground clearance a bit but if you are a bit short in the leg, could be a big help.
Dropping the front yokes and/or raising the rear will speed up turn-in. Most of us want this but doing both at once may make the thing too nervous - that's one of the reasons I say to wind down the rear ride height before fiddling with the forks .... you can always wind it back up again bit by bit if you want to speed up turn-in.
Of course, I'm also assuming the sag of your forks is set right too.
Then it's adjustment of compression and rebound damping to get it set up for you.
Not sure how many feel confident enough to play with this themselves - it's often worth shelling out a few quid for a specialist to set it up for you.
EDIT: Just looked at your pictures again and it looks as though you may already be close to minimum ride height of the shock (mine's set to maximum).
Changing the rear shock

I've tried to make the shock as short as possible, there's no thread visible in the 2nd pic, if anything, there's max half a turn left in it.
I have to be honest, bike was giving me a sore lower back, so I fiddled with the standard shock and it was getting better. Gave a lift to my mate and the extra weight made the bike (dare I say it) feel better (I'm around 78kg).
I'll be getting it set up, we'll see what that will do for me.

ok what am i doing wrong
I have the 04 swingarm in , I have the correct triangles (06 i think) and i've tried both dogbones but the FUCKING THING IS TOUCHING. I cant even get the last bolt in cos the hole doesnt line up. Its a yellow spring rsv shock, but i've measured and its same as standard? Its as short as it will adjust, all i can think of is to grind a groove into the dogbone to get another mm for the shock to go into
I wouldnt care but my road bikes sat there with 04 arm, 04 plates, small dogbone , ohlins shock AND IT FUCKING FITS FFS.
And it had an white spring shock before the ohlins that fitted fine aswell.
I must have one of them rare adjustable framed falcos
