Fuel line quick release

So my mate's just bought a Futura and he's getting it up to scratch.
One of the big issues on the Futura forums is the need to replace the fuel line quick release ASAP.
I'm aware of issues with leakage having read the Futura sites but I've never seen anything posted about those on the Falco.
I've checked mine (2001 bike) and it seems fine but it's the original plastic fitting and now I'm getting paranoid.
Has anyone swapped for the metal type? If so, where did you source them and what are the part numbers.
I can see it's different to the Futura which has a right angled fitting.

We've not really covered it on here but it has been discussed on the AF1 forum. The quick release fixings are a weak point and a metal replacement part has been identified.

Easiest and quickest way will be to have a quick search on AF1.
