Eventually got round to changing the coolant and oil yesterday. I've been procrastinating a bit as I've stripped the drain plug in the past and I've never done the coolant.

Apart from a shocking hangover and getting sunburnt all went well, until I noticed a lot of oil on my front disk. Bloody leaking fork seal on the Ohlins I put on a few weeks back. :smt013

I've got a ride at the weekend, so that'll mean a long nights in the garage changing back to the Showas and trying to find the old discs and pads. :smt010

Did the fork and triple clamp swap without any problems, even managed to find the old pads to go with the old discs, so good to go for the Moto GP at the weekend :smt003

Went out for a quick whiz just to make sure everything was ok tonight after work and what a difference. It must be down to the new oil (a bit overdue) but it flies, could barely keep the front down.

he will be the one standing on his ow, beetroot red - probably wearing a POM cap to boot

Let's face it, you wouldn't go to a nurse to get good advice on a problem with a Falco - you'd choose an Engineer or a mechanic...
