...as someone who has replaced two clutch levers in 3 months, with aftermarket ones less than 25% cost of the OEM I know which ones I'd recommend: look the same, and fit flawlessly. The first one I broke, which was OEM broke just as easily than the ones made of 'weaker materials'sabestian wrote:Make sure you use as many parts as possible from your broken genuine one! Change only the parts that are broken (the lever itself I'm guessing). Those copies are made of weaker materials.Aladinsaneuk wrote:brake lever now on way... 15 quid from evil bay

Hope I was the first to come off the Falco, in which case there have been three now, so don't want to hear of any more.
Mine happened on a track day at Cadwell Park a couple of weeks since. Absolutely wet through, more rivers than the Mississippi delta.
Anyway, just came over the mountain, gave her too much throtle into Hall bends, which had some cones out because of a puddle on the first of the left hand bends, then thought :- not going to make that so took to the grass and down she went.
Got off lightly though, just scratches to the middle right hand panel, broken indicator, bent front and rear brake levers and lost the bar end weight.
So far straightened the levers, fitting LED indicators and having the panel sprayed (when the paint turns up).
That only leaves the bar end weight. If anyone has one with the 'O' ring, pin and screw, would they please PM me to arrange payment etc.
Oh also done the ligament in my right shoulder, which seems to be taking time to get right.
